DO. NOT. GO. HERE. You have been warned. Every time I've had an appointment, they would call me to confirm the appointment 2 weeks, 1 week, and the day before. And then on the day of the appointment they would call me telling me they need to reschedule because of some emergency. They did the same thing to my partner. EVERY. TIME. You can't tell me you have that many emergencies you have to deal with. I am currently sitting in the waiting room. My appointment was supposed to be 20 minutes ago. There is a loud television on, and there is a separate speaker that has been playing streaming advertisements for the entire time. There is also an extremely strong air freshener that they continue to use despite the horrible headache and nausea it causes. This place is absolute sensory hell. I have spoken to them about it and they don’t change. This will likely be my last appointment here. Terrible.
Awful customer service and poor business practices. They called the day before to confirm my appointment and when I immediately called back they said they were canceling it because they were closing early to “watch a game” and wouldn’t explain further. My appointment was at 1pm and the game they wanted to watch on tv was at 6pm. There was plenty of time to do both. This appointment I had booked months ago and had taken the day off from work. I am in the midst of a very detailed procedure, so I've had many appts. And knock on wood I've had no problems. The Doctor (Dr. Sweeny) has been amazing. He patiently explains in detail everything he'll be doing, makes sure I'm okay w it all, and is just a kind person. Plus the work he's done so far has been great.
Worst experience ever. Every single time when I came to the appointment on time, they let me wait for more than 20mins. And for one time I’m late for 20, they said they can’t accommodate and let me reschedule… it’s just too ridiculous. Also the front desk lady is so rude, if you don’t want to pay for a bad experience, don’t come here
