I've been impressed with T-Square's ability to save me money. When they first took over my property, I was in the process of having some repair work done and was quotes $2700 by a Handyman that I was referred to from a freind T-Square ended up doing the work with their contractors for a fraction (less than $800). I'd have to say that their services have already paid for itself. I would recommend so far.

Recommended – Although we didn't end up renting a T-Square property, we experienced excellent service from them. They showed us several properties, and went out of their way to make themselves available to work around our schedules. We had many questions and expectations for where we wanted to live, and T-Square Properties demonstrated extraordinary patience and attention to detail. Been Good for Me! – I must say I couldn't have worked with anyone more competent or conscientious. Ever since T-Square has been managing my house, the time I spend seeing to the details is hugely reduced from what it once was. Thank you again for making property ownership a profitable and tolerable opportunity. They seem to have a good team of motivated employees that are always ready to jump in to a problem situation.

Rude – If you look at all the reviews for T square property you will see that property owners are impressed while the renters are very unimpressed. After today's experience with the property manager I now see why this is the case. I moved in January 1st and the first night in the home - which was an easy choice because it beautiful and well maintained - the washing machine broke. The washing machine is a rare machine and they had to hire specialist to come look at it. Since it is not a common machine they had to order part. ... read more

Very Reliable and Professional – I have to say that the team at T-Square lives up to what they say they will do. They have been dependable, reliable, and collaborative when needed. I realize that not all landlord and tenant relationships are smooth sailing. When it counted, T-Square was there to help me through the difficult siutations and help work out a solution to the benefit of all. I would recommend them to experienced or inexperienced investors alike.

Stay Away – I agree with Ami Potters one star review. T Square has been a nightmare to deal with. They have made countless bookkeeping errors-- always in their favor. They are rude to their customers and really don't care. I wish I could've read one of these reviews and saved myself the grief. I would stay away if I were you!

Great Property Management Company! – When our family had to move to Europe for a job transfer for two years we were faced with having to either let our Bothell home sit vacant or sell it at a huge loss. Wouldn't Use Them Again! – I wish I would have talked to someone who knew before I contracted them to rent out our house while we were living out of state. They are bitter people who think the worst of their clients while they do little to get your house rented. Just look elsewhere!
