Just had my first spa day at the T-Spa.... I have to say it was better than I expected!! Saw Charlene and she was very friendly,pleasant and accommodating. I mean I was expected great service and amenities since the 10*star rating of the hotel (LOL) but was very surprised with ALL that they had to offer from the friendly staff at check-in, the sauna, the Eucalyptus steam room and I had an amazing massage. Thanks for making my visit special and 😆a wonderful birthday!! I'll be back
Great staff assistance with smile and professional facial and signature massage staff that 8 have for service. Great results and products has been use too.

I came in to use the facilities which was wonderful.. I Was treated pretty rudely by Kristine who works there. I went and asked her for a razor , which they had under the desk said the other lady working , but Kristine said No they didn’t have any..As I was leaving I had only the towel underneath my robe and she insisted that I don’t leave with the towels.. I said this is all I have on underneath my robe and all she says is sorry.. as I’m leaving again I ask her name and she hollers at me as I’m walking away that she can cal... read more
