Good service. An employee worked with me to create a nice design for a T-shirt, making useful suggestions along the way. They have a good selection of clothing, which I don't even finish looking through. I managed to go in, get a design, and come out with a finished product in less than an hour. I paid a little over $30 for a double sided shirt, but I have no idea how that compares with other places. The finished paint looked a bit flaky but, again, I don't know how that compares to most DTG prints.
By far the worst customer service I've ever seen. We were the only customer in the store and yet we had to take a number. We were 64. It said they were serving 70. There was nobody else there. The guy told us to sit and wait as he played on his computer for 15 minutes. Eventually we asked him again. He said he was waiting for a call back from a customer. 10 minutes later. 2/5/18 I needed a shirt created last minute for my daughters ninth birthday which was on 2/6/18. I got writing on the front, back, and on each sleeve. They did not have the shirt I was looking for (baseball type shirt) so I had to run across the way and ended up getting a hooded sweatshirt. This location has horrible customer service in national city. They ask you to take a ticket and never help you for at least ten minutes. Go to elcajon or sports arena for quality service.
