This location has horrible customer service in national city. They ask you to take a ticket and never help you for at least ten minutes. Go to elcajon or sports arena for quality service.
2/5/18 I needed a shirt created last minute for my daughters ninth birthday which was on 2/6/18. I got writing on the front, back, and on each sleeve. They did not have the shirt I was looking for (baseball type shirt) so I had to run across the way and ended up getting a hooded sweatshirt. I love this place! They always do embroidery but today I decided to print a shirt with my husband's picture in it since he's deployed. It's my July 4th shirt
I wasn’t aware I had to possibly pay extra to get my hat embroidered centered to my hats and get my silk screen the same color on shirts, jackets and pull overs. For some reason I got three different shades or red on the different items and all 4 dozen hats are not aligned to the center of the hat.
Came in late , about 2 hours before closing, looking to get an image on a couple shirts. Alex was very knowledgeable and efficient on the computer fixing my design, showing me how much space it would take up on the shirts. I ordered 3 shirts and he moved quickly to finish all 3 shirts right there same day before closing! I am very pleased with the effort and results and will definitely return for any future projects! Prices and selections in store are well priced as well!
