I literally just called, whoever just answered was super short with me and hung up immediately with no type of "Thank you for calling" or asking if there may have been anything else I may need. Thank you for showing me the type of attitude and service I'd receive. Saved myself a trip.
They have signs all over the racks saying 3 for $10 but when you get to the cash register they act dumb about it and charge you way more than that
Good service. An employee worked with me to create a nice design for a T-shirt, making useful suggestions along the way. They have a good selection of clothing, which I don't even finish looking through. I managed to go in, get a design, and come out with a finished product in less than an hour. I paid a little over $30 for a double sided shirt, but I have no idea how that compares with other places. The finished paint looked a bit flaky but, again, I don't know how that compares to most DTG prints.
UPDATE REVIEW 7/15/2025 Customer service still 0/10. I went in today wanting to give them a second chance, mistake! Nicole right off the bat was not welcoming. She didn't have any customer service skills. I told her that it would be 4 shirts and one sweater with only two shirts being the same design and other items being different designs. I showed her the design and stated she couldn't do it because it would be blurry. 2/5/18 I needed a shirt created last minute for my daughters ninth birthday which was on 2/6/18. I got writing on the front, back, and on each sleeve. They did not have the shirt I was looking for (baseball type shirt) so I had to run across the way and ended up getting a hooded sweatshirt.
