If the customer is not satisfied then the work should be done again until the customer is satisfied. With this company not being able to produce a satisfactory product the money should have been returned. There was also a promise of a more satisfactory product and this did not happen therefore my friend should have her money returned to her for an unsatisfactory product that your company was not able to produce, your best work was not good enough and your petty attempts to silence her has gone unheard. My friend got a plaque for her car done here and the plaque was messed up!!! Instead of them doing a new one they tried the airbrush over the one they already made which made it worst!!!! They wouldn’t give her money back and they still got the plaque!!! She wrote them in messenger and asked them to correct it or she was going to leave a review and now they blocked her!!! Very poor customer service, product delivered was very horrible and over priced. Below is the layout we created and agreed to vs what he tried to give me.
RecommendedI needed a tie made at the very last minute,but the tie that was not the right color for what I needed done. Long story short,one of the guys was completely honest about how the end result would look and even offered to go out and purchase the correct color. GREAT customer service and I'm VERY satisfied with the finished product!

We came in at opening on a Sunday with a same day request. The price was right and the work was exceptional!
