Took my granddaughter here today. She was booked for a 1 hour appointment that turned into 2 hours and they apparently still weren't done because one of the braces in the back weren't secure and the rubber band came off immediately after leaving there. I was told that tending to other patients (I don't know if they meant emergency or just double booked patients) is what took so long. My daughter teeth look wonderful everyone was so pleasant they really make it a good experience
Terrible and unprofessional establishment that I would NEVERRRR recommend to anyone. Every appointment you make you won’t be seen until 30 minutes after and that’s the minimum wait time. I’ve waited up to an hour multiple times for appointments i’ve had. After going there for over a year I never once was seen at my appointment time or close to it. After expressing my concerns multiple times there has been a lack of empathy and was never given a simple apology. Which is what has cause me to now write my first ever review.
Nice and welcoming environment overall. Friendly staff and clean environment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
