My daughter is very well treated here for her braces. Staff are always friendly and caring.
don’t even get me started on the Andrew guy. Everyone else that works ther are super nice and calm. Andrew on the other hand has anger issues and an attitude problem. He was trying to put this one thing in my mouth and I kept telling him wait because I don’t like it when those things are in my mouth and I just needed a second to breath and he kept giving me an attitude and kept rushing me into putting the thing in my mouth. Our experience at Dr. Jenkins office was a lot easier than I thought the braces process would go. We made it to all our appointments and were compliant, and before we knew it, it was time for my son’s braces removal! During the process, our family faced some financial hardship and they were extremely understanding and patient with us in making payments. My son’s teeth look EXCELLENT! Perfectly straight. Best decision ever. He will have an enamelplasty, whitening, and receive his retainer. Then we’re done!
We have been working with Dr. Jenkins and his team since my kiddo was about 8. We never have problems, the staff is beyond wonderful and we leave every visit happy!
Andrew (assistant) is the absolute best. Always look forward to seeing him there. The Invisalign has been good there-almost done!
