I recently had some relatives in from out of town. They discovered that they had acquired a nail tagging along in their FLAT TIRE . I called Pam for help, they were there within 3 minutes. They went over, above and beyond in customer service! You guys were a true blessing❣thank you
AmazIng Service! We were passing through on our way home to Indiana when we ran into a break problem. We called them Saturday morning and they got us right in. They fixed the problem, and showed us another issue with our rear tires and helped us fix that too. I even watched as they dealt with another customer telling her there were hints of what the issue might be with the vehicle, but they didn't feel comfortable just changing out parts until they could be certain. These guys do a. Terrific job on alignments. Very nit-picky with how it's done, which is what you need when it comes to having an alignment done. Also, great, polite guys with a great work ethic.
T&S Tire is a stand out business. I had a problem with my BF Goodrich Tires and T&S went above and beyond to remedy the situation!
