DO NOT call this company!! They have a horrible technician by the name of Chuck S. and he pretends as if he is going to fix the unit, but then will tell you that it can't be fixed(after he damaged the unit and parts), he then will say you need a new furnace. He wasn't able to produce a receipt and he is a very shady person. After he left there was at least 1 item that we know of that was missing from our basement!! We now have to go to small claims court over this person!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! BEWARE!!! WARNING!!!!
The sales technician arrived 2 hours late for the appointment. I am finishing off the attic area in my house, and the technician informed me that the additional square footage would put the Air Conditioning system over its recommended capacity by less than 200 sq ft. However, he stated that since it was minimal it wouldn't put that much strain on the system.
