THEY ALMOST BURNED OUR HOUSE DOWN! These guys installed a new furnace and didn’t connect the wires properly (some were not connected at all) and it caused the breaker to constantly trip and we smelled a plastic smell when the heater turned on. We called a different company and they were shocked at the incompetence, not to mention the danger of starting a fire! The wires were melting the wire coating and the plastic in the circuit breaker. Today my heat stopped working and T&S came out right away. They fixed the issue promptly, answered my questions and explained what they did. After they left I realized I had another issue with my thermostat (the manufacturer's fault, not theirs). What did they do? They came back after their last job instead of heading home and installed a new thermostat for me. They have a loyal customer now. THANKS FOR TODAY
Do not use. Had an HVAC not working, they came out and said evap coil needed to be replaced. They replaced it and the next day it wasn't working again. I called and they said they were not coming back and I needed to get someone else. The next contractor found multiple leaks in the system including the new coil they just installed. He also mentioned they cheaped out on the valves and installed incorrect ones. They are horrible. Get someone else competent
