Ruby did a wonderful job on my eye shadow and my lips this time. I am always pleased with her job. She also did my eyebrows and my eye liners 2 years ago… she truly knows what she is doing and I can tell she loves what she is doing … I would recommend her to do semi permanent makeup for anyone that is interested…
