Took our truck to have the coolant sensor replaced. Had an appointment on September 9th, dropped it off the Wednesday before as they requested so they could get a heads up at diagnosing. It's now September 30th and our vehicle hasn't even been looked at. We just picked up the truck from Woody's and took it to another shop in town. My father went to the shop at 8am. He had an appointment and was completely ignored. They kept the doors locked even though they saw him outside waiting. He stayed until 8:45 and finally gave up.
Super nice and got everything done in time. For oil changes, I'd recommend just walking in without an appointment.
