Zero communication no follow-through - I called customer service. Their systems were down a few times so I called back again. The woman was completely rude to me. I’ve never been talked to like that by a customer service person. I rolled over my money into an IRA. They screwed up and it wasn’t all of the money and then I still had a balance of $2000 and then all of a sudden I checked my balance online and it was zero with a bunch of fees. I've always had a great experience with T. Rowe Price. One of the few large companies with integrity, in my opinion.

This firm is useless. I didn't even open an account with them, my father did when I was underage. No idea why but I never got access to the account, which fine, whatever. But then they send me an email saying they're gonna give my assets to the state, so I call them. After giving me practically no info, they tell me that I can't do anything to stop the assets from going to the state and that my Dad needs to fix things since he's in charge of the account.
