It took him two years of trying on his own and then six months with a financial advisor to get his money transferred. 😳 They asked for birth certificates, marriage license, paperwork, galore, and then told us the paperwork expired !! Awful service. You'll get the run around, lost documents, shuffled, failure of info, asked too much info, one person says one thing, the other says another. They provide email addresses that go nowhere. Too many phone numbers, ask irrelevant questions, reiterate same info instead of finding solutions, finding the correct dept, speak over you, interruptive! It's awful!!
