I had an awful experience at this salon. I booked a service that was supposed to include a wash, detox, blowout, and trim. Unfortunately, the service did not align with what was described. The "detox" portion, which was an additional charge, was just a 3rd shampooing, and my hair was still unclean afterward. Seriously, don't come here! The owner is beyond abusive . She gets off on hurting people. Gross! She is disturbingly rude and straight up mean and nasty. She literally yelled at me because I flinched when she touched my hair because she was being rough. She said my pain was "a sensory issue", then she refused to complete the service and told me to leave because according to her, "I looked uncomfortable"!
