Horrible Online Experience! Good Luck Getting an Email Reply, They NEVER Communicate! Never got a shipping confirmation! Had to return the product as it won't work, took several attempts for an RMA# then after they received my return, I never got a Credit issued, till I got my Credit Card to intervene. They are still not refunding my full amount and charging over 30% for a return! Still Disputing. FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!
Your products sucks and customer service is the same. They don’t even want it back, no returns! Super weak construction, very flimsy and just looks cheap. Biggest waste of $ and is still in the original packaging and cannot even sell on eBay for $100 with shipping. Thanks for nothing.
Do not order from this company, they have awful customer service. I have tried to contact them multiple times regarding the item I sent back to them for a refund. The grille I ordered for my truck was falsely described on their website and looked nothing like the photos from their site, I believe they sent me someone else's order. I'm now out 40 dollars since the company does not cover shipping and another 230 dollars since I have not received a refund. I have received 0 updates from them and it has been over a month now.
