Today Mark came to our house to repo a vehicle. He was so kind and sat with me while I was on the phone trying to figure everything out. The situation was resolved as it was a mistake on the financial services side. Mark was patient and helpful. I would not recommend getting your vehicle repo'd but I would recommend TR recovery to anyone needing tow services. Thank you, Mark! You made a very scary situation much more tolerable.
