Dont use this guy Here is the skinny: 1. spent 5 min in "assessing" our problem with a water heater 2. was 30 min late the 1st time 3. scheduled a time to come back to fix the issue at a time he doesnt take appointments. told us that he called and "couldnt leave a message". ive never had that problem before. so we rescheduled for a different time 4. doesnt call me to let me know that he is going to be late. after three times calling him and wondering where he was, he finally picked up. his excuse was because he was tied up a... read more
