Lauren was very helpful when I called, she answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with her customer service which is hard to come by these.
Terrible service
Probably THE best Primary Doctor Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Reddy and Anum are amazing. Probably the only doctor I have who really cares about me and my health. They treat you like a human being. They have the lab right there and they always see you on time. Probably the only thing I could even dislike is the use of first names by young people who could be my grandchildren: that's just me because I was brought up to respect my elders :)
No wonder this place has 3 stars. Teresa was smug , rude , and arrogant. The clinic had called my grandmother to schedule an appointment, she’s very ill at the moment, and cannot walk on her own, let alone get dressed in her own and because we showed up at 2:15 and not 2 they refused to see us with an empty lobby. Teresa and her manager gave us a big run around and by the time we went through all this , we could have had her checked in. Difficult people to say the least. Avoid them if you can.
