Terrible service. DO NOT TRUST. I'm not the type to write a review, especially one thats not 5 stars but this business is a scam. I had a consultation with Rudy to try and make a pretty simple product. I gave as many details as I could to give direction and noticed he didn't take ANY NOTES. I thought maybe he was just in the business for many years and understood. I sent a follow up email to make sure he had it on record and could reference my notes on what I wanted. Excellent team! I've been working with T&Q since 2017 and they are amazing to work with. Christine is extremely knowledgable when it comes to pattern making (UNT Fashion Design Graduate!) and has been nailing it when we develop protos. Rudy is just a joy to work with as well and is also extremely knowledgable with all things production. Customer service is great, sewers are great, and they work so hard to get samples/production out asap. Work with them, they wont disappoint!
