This company came recommended by a family member. I spoke to the owner to request an estimate for the removal of a tree in my yard. He said he would be coming out on a Thursday and leave an estimate in the door. Thursday came and went and I did not receive the estimate. I gave him until Friday thinking maybe he didn't have time to come out on Thursday. Still nothing. So I called Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to see if he even came to the house (maybe the estimate blew away?) The man and his secretary never called me back. Th... read more
