First and last time here.. Made an appointment and still had to wait. Was told to sit at an unclean work station with someone's coffee cup and phone already on the table (I guess it was my manicurist station? They never came over, but an older woman did my nails and was "fishing" for compliments on her own work the whole time!) Unsanitary tools, price raised without notice at the end of appointment. I am a pregnant woman i came in here to get my nails done , they sent me to the guy that does nails , while i was trying to get my nails done , i tried to make conversation with the guy & i asked him how long hes been doing nails , he got upset & didnt want to do my nails anymore gave me attitude because he didnt like that question , & the fact that nobody said anything to him or even corrected him & i had to walk out with my feelings hurt is crazy i felt disrespected . they never getting my money again
This was my first time here . I'm really picky with nail places and this place was definitely a hidden gem . Kim The owner did a beautiful set on me exactly like the photo I sent her. She has a great eye for nail art and can do anything. Her talent exceeds anyone else's in white plains . Thank you Kim!
This is my second time getting my tips done here, and I will keep coming back. The service is great!
