I brought my 2006 Toyota Solara convertible (a very well-maintained car with only 60,780 miles on it upon leaving my keys to T.P. Brake and Muffler (a mistake I will never make again) to replace a tire damaged by a Utica pothole. What followed was an incredibly unprofessional and suspicious experience. I was told the car would be ready by lunch.
