I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with TP Brake and Muffler. I initially called on Saturday, 5/2, and was told they couldn’t fit me in that day but advised me to bring my car in on Monday, 5/4 for an evaluation. On 5/4, I called ahead to confirm and was then told they were too busy and suggested I bring the car in on Tuesday, 5/5, drop off the keys early, and they would look at it first thing. Awesome people & good prices!
Everything that this place has done on my car has had to be redone in 2 years or less. During my first experience with having to get something redone, the guy said "we just buy and install the parts, we don't make them." Idk where they buy parts from but front callipers needed to be redone in one year, then 2 years later, front lower ball joints in 6 MONTHS, rear callipers in 3 years. They once said they buy refurbished things. Thanks for saving me some money now but when I then need to get it replaced so quickly it costs me... read more
