I have been a patient for 6 years. I noticed a few weeks ago they have stopped cleaning the office. It’s uncomfortable getting shots in a place that is dirty and I let the staff and manger know. I told them to tell the owner I was going to write a bad review because there are signs all over the office asking for google reviews. It’s been a couple of months and the owner has still not hired anyone to clean. Same dead insects in the windows. Filthy rugs never vacuumed.
This provider is incapable of managing simple prescription refills. I would not recommend this provider to anyone
I always dread calling this location for anything because 1. They have different hours each day of the week. 2. They don't always answer the phones after they return from lunch. 3. They rarely call me back after I leave a message. I will be finding a new PCP because at this point I can only get assistance if I visit the clinic.
