Ugh I love Dr. Jon! Currently doing Invisalign, and he has by far the most affordable prices after checking many dentists in the area. He’s so sweet and knowledgeable and truly a perfectionist. He really knows what he is doing! I’m halfway through my journey with Invisalign and I am already seeing results and starting to love my smile!
This practice does not care about its patients. It cares about its star rating — and this experience made that painfully clear. Our family was wrongly charged $150 for appointments the office rescheduled and never canceled on their end. My husband left a 1-star review. The doctor personally called, offered a refund in exchange for removing it, and issued the refund — but the review was forgotten and stayed up. That apparently was unforgivable.
