Requested for particular design and tony pretending like he already knew what i was asking which he clearly knew he won’t be able to make them look like pictures proceeded to assure that he would make them look exactly the same… ended up paying 70 bucks for stupid uneven looking ridiculous nails… disgusting
On Sunday I went to apply gel on mine and my daughter’s nails. The guy was not friendly at all plus charged us way more than other salons. He applied the gel recklessly and sloppy.
Tracy did my nails and charged me $80. The shapes are uneven and not consistent. When I asked her to fix them, she blamed my nails instead of apologizing or offering to correct the issue. The response felt unprofessional, and I left feeling disappointed. I won’t be returning.
Called to get a price check for my daughter due to us visiting San Francisco, the guy didn’t answer all my questions and hung up on me. He said 40 for a fill 45 for pedi and 30 for color change with gel.. when I asked if he does eyebrows, he hung up on me before I could even finish saying eyebrow.. guess he didn’t want my little money🤷🏽♀️
