I have went here for years but will not be back.....I always take myself and my daughter we both get pedicures I get a full set of SNS nails, she gets her nails painted, and most of the time I do my eyebrows......well 1st off the price is never the same anytime we go and they always ask my daughter and not me if she can have a design this time I will say I told her yes she could on her feet....so this past week I went in and my bill was $172....I was in shock but paid because they were closing for the night and like I said I... read more
My nails broke the next day !
I have been going here for a while now and the past two times I have noticed a decrease in customer service. I had a pedicure and sns nails done there today, my toe nails are oddly shaped, she rubbed my legs more than feet and she didnt apply a top coat to the paint. And my sns nails are all uneven, crooked, and very thick and bubbly. She also didn’t ask me how I wanted them shaped. If I’m paying $90 I expect a little more :( now I’m having to go to another salon to get them fixed
I’ve been going here for a few years now and used to be happy with them. Sadly, however, the service has declined. I try and avoid getting the manager because she once filed my foot raw on one side. She also is constantly getting up to help others. Lastly, she’ll shout to you when you come in instead of getting up and greeting you, or hiring a strictly desk person. had a lady whom knew no english and cut me and gave me this big smile and said Ow. I said yes...ow .she then smiled big again. Next day to was horribly red and sore and had to soak it 2 times a day and use antibiotic cream. that was Tuesday and now its sunday and still all red and sore.
Manager did my toes, but kept leaving me to do eyebrows. I'm posting pictures. Vivian does a wonderful job though. My friend's toes looked beautiful.
