Well, the dipping service is great. Every salon I’ve gone to includes cleaning up the nails(cuticles), but not this one. They do a decent job, HOWEVER, the policy is ridiculous. There is a 48 hr cancellation policy- I cancelled 52 hours (called Tuesday to cancel on Thursday) and was told it was not within the 48hr window and had to pay half. Nancy’s Nails is the best nail salon in the area! It is a clean, beautiful nail salon and both Nancy and her daughter do excellent work. Very easy to schedule appointments and when I needed to reschedule an appointment because of my daughter’s wedding Nancy went above and beyond and changed her schedule all around to accommodate my schedule change. Super sweet ladies, just a pleasure to have them care for my nails.
