I got my dip nails done with Kim for the Fourth of July, and they turned out great! The price is reasonable. We had such a good conversation, too. I'll definitely be coming back.
When it comes to cute ask for Kimberly & I mean that! Great experience, first time being there everything was spot on. I always love details & this is the place for it.
Does not honor appointments. Have been a loyal customer here for some time because of their good work but My husband made an appointment in person today for a 3:15 pedicure He arrived at 3:15 to be told they are too busy and to come back an hour and a half later Everyone’s time is valuable and that’s why appointments exist. We won’t be back.
Frustrating and disappointing. I called late Friday morning and made an appointment for regular mani/pedi and was offered 2:30 pm. I arrived 5 mins early and checked in, chose my color and was seated at footbath. After 26 minutes with no sign of a free nail tech, I dried my feet and left. I get that people walk in, but why give me an appointment at all if they don't honor the time? I also get having to wait a few minutes, but not 25 with nothing more than feet soaking in tepid water?
Great service and super welcoming vibes. The staff was really nice and did a great job. I’ll definitely be back!
