Wow, just now looking at other's reviews here, I have been coming here since April 2023, first getting acrylic fills and again recently trying gel dip, (and basic pedicure) for my self-care. They have always been welcoming acknowledging my presence when I come in and also being very thankful and grateful for any tip that I give them. Horrible experience today! I walked in for eyebrows , lip , and nose wax. Lady did not do great at all! English is horrible . I walked in and stated what I wanted done. She did not arch my eyebrows . Only put wax and kept rubbing them so hard. Lip was the same. I stated I wanted my nose she didn’t understand and the whole experience was horrible. Charged me $18 for a service that was horrible . Never again. Also having a reaction on my lip and eyebrows after being coming to this nail shop! I would never come back !
