I have been here several times and service was fine. Not sure what happened today but the customer service was very poor. I get my nails and feet done for a relaxing experience and a nice set of nails. My nails are decent but the experience was very poor and stressful today.
Very kind and patient staff, I came in as a walk in for an emergency set and not only did they deliver they did an AMAZING job. Beyond happy with my nails and would go back
I have been coming here for 1.5 years with Alvin. Usually a great experience but last couple times I have just not being satisfied with my experience or the customer service I’m not sure what’s change or if I’m not wanted there as far as my service, but I’m just not happy with it anymore. My designs are inconsistent. My toes and nails are always sore when I leave there have cuts all over my cuticles and the bottom of my feet cuticles of my nails and my toes and sometimes Alvin is just like rude.
