I have been going here a long time. The instruments need to be sterilized if you want me to do a full pedicure/manicure. The atmosphere was an ( i dont care attitude) I don’t know what’s happened here but it has certainly changed. I will be changing places as well

Absolutely love this place. I moved to frankfort and tried a different place. Nothing compares to t nails. I will drive to Georgetown to go here to get my nails done.

My wife went here less than two weeks ago and got SNS on her nails. The people here said they should last 3-4 weeks, but my wife had four come off at the 10 day mark. She went in to ask if they’d redo them at a small discount, given they didn’t last nearly as long as suggested. She was told no, it would be full price. They did good work at first, but it did not last.

I bought a 60 gift card and gifted it to my wife. She ended up half way through her nails being done and the Tech nicked her and caused her to BLEED ENOUGH THAT SHE WAS OFFERED A TOWEL. Refused to listen to my wife about not using a chemical to stop the bleeding multiple times (COULDN'T NAME IT FOR HER). argued about ending the service.
