Very friendly staff that always do an amazing job! Ive tried other nail salons both in Georgetown and Lexington and this has to be the best.
I made an appointment for 4:45 with a specific I was referred to. I was a little bit late because I got stuck in traffic. She took someone else in those few minutes so I had to wait for an extra hour. Then they sat someone else before me too! I called and made an appointment, didn’t walk in. They didn’t address it with me or anything! Terrible customer service.
I normally go to a place in lex but this is going to be my go to place
Venny and Brad are the best. I go every three weeks and get s and s nails done. They’re perfect and last even longer, I just like getting them done then. The nails are so strong I’ve actually used them like a screwdriver lol.
