Regrettably, a rating of one is well-deserved. I communicated my desired color to the technician on at least four to five occasions, only to have her apply three different colors to my nails. Notwithstanding my repeated assertions that I did not want pink sparkles and my explicit requests for color number 209, it seemed that she was unable to understand my instructions till she took the time to stop and really acknowledge the number 209 I had given her.
