I as a male in the beauty industry I was not happy with my service. I’m licensed to do nails and well, a manicure is one of the easiest services to perform. I patently wait 20 minutes past the time I was given which wasn’t a problem because there were several people already being serviced. Once I was seated to be soaked a tech came over shortly after. I'm never going back here again. I've given them multiple opportunities to provide decent customer service, but to no avail. I'm done. They were annoyed with me for only wanting regular polish and not gel, and they started making fun of me in their native language. Another time, they overcharged me, and I was pretty gracious.
