Good nail service but terrible communication if you call them. The guy sounds like a zombie, barely audible, doesnt care to check schedule, hangs up on you. What are you doing there dude???
I enjoyed the pedicure I received, but the guy upfront can be aggressive & the changing of languages back & forth with another colleague left us with a bad taste.
Horrible service. Walked in at 9:36 am for 9:30 appointment and was yelled at by the receptionist for being late and they gave my appointment away to a walk in and said they called but I never received a phone call from them. Would give less than 1 star if I could.
Great Place Awesome Service
I had the Lavender pedicure today. This was hands down, the best pedicure I've ever had! My technician's name was Lucy. This is my first time ever going to the salon so I'm not sure if everyone is as wonderful as her, but the service I was provided was absolutely exceptional.
