Went on Sunday 6/28 with husband and 6 year old. I got a mani and pedi and husband and daughter got pedi. I prefer regular polish and no tools on my natural nails so I was glad I didnt have to tell them that because they didnt use them. It was really clean and all the tools appeared to be sanitized prior to use. Why the 3 stars. My daughter picked a purple sparkly regular paint color and i was going to get the same (I didnt want gel for either of us). I just came from their nail spa and it is the worst set of nails I have ever paid for they look like crap they're bulky they're uneven and their crooked and I just paid $68
