I’ve been going to this place for months to do my nails. Before going there each time, I always call and tell them the service I’d love to get and the lady I’d love to do my manicure or pedicure. This is the second time I’ve requested someone in particular to do my nails and after driving and almost getting there, I got a call saying that I didn’t request the person and that I asked for a manicure and pedicure instead of just a manicure.
