I am so incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the service here. My son's girlfriend went there for prom, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Not only did they do a horrible job— the polish was thick and bubbly, and it looked nothing like the reference photo—but their customer service was non-existent. Went to this nail salon the night before prom, and was completely disappointed with the quality of service I received. I asked for a squared black french tip with a silver line under the tip, and my nail artist just spackled it on there. I went in the morning of my prom to address my displeasure, and I had to pay an additional $40 + tip to get them fixed on top of the $90 + tip I spent the day prior for amateur work.
Monica is the BEST !!!! SUCH a sweetheart and the atmosphere is out of this world !!! I love this nail salon !! My new home salon 😍
