Worst Pedicure ever, my normal spot was booked and this was near work so I went today at lunch and I can honestly say that could have done 10 times better myself. It was so unrelaxing and unenjoyable and the results were so bad that I did not even want to pay. Lame massage... if you call it that, this was the shortest pedicure ever, there was barely any buffing of heal, foot, or toes and the tools were sub par. Friendly staff - good work - however don't do well w/ their schedule count on 15-30 min wait w/ appt Staff is friendly and I have been very pleased with their work. However there needs to be some training in customer service - staff will answer their personal cell phones and carry on conversations when they are in the middle of helping you. I have also scheduled appointments and gotten there and they can't take me at the moment because their just started a walk-in. They have told me to come back later.
