Horrible service … dirty place.. employees not friendly at all and even talked about us in their language as they looked us up and down laughing when we first got there. Being in customer service… I understand the importance and they totally lacked it! The service and price are ridiculous!!! We got a regular mani and pedi with gel and before tip costed us over $100 a piece. Wife posting .. Horrible place…. Horrible job! Got a mani and pedi.. with gel.. nothing special .. charged us over $100 a piece… before tip .. the towels they used during pedi were cold cause they said they ran out of hot towels .. Employees were unfriendly .. and were even talking about us while looking us up and down and nodding .. place was not clean! Do not recommend if it was the last place to go!

Rude service- went in for a touch up after getting nails put on 1 week ago and was not treated nice- the girl that sits front row by the register. I spent over 100.00 one week ago for my daughter and i and even that day, the male nail tech was not friendly and seemed inconvenienced. I am paying you for services- provide KIND service. KIM NAIL BY KROGER in decatur IS MUCH MUCH BETTER AND KIND - best pedis too:) Tricia w. - berne
