I have two HVAC systems 1 yr 5 months old. The installer retired so I called TN Bowes for the annual maintenance on my fully functional systems. The technician "checked out everything" in and late afternoon and by evening the thermostat started malfunctioning. 8/21/2018 (Part II) - So after waiting about a week due to a backlog in work as a result of all the rain, this is a follow-on status on my HVAC adventure, seeing how it was my first HVAC replacement. So after speaking with Eric (Sales Rep) who provided excellent advice on the different systems, I decided on a Carrier unit with dehumidification capability.
