They have had my vehicle for nearly a year. June 2023. They were to replace my motor. The day I get the vehicle back I find metal shavings on the dip stick. They tell me to drive it on my vacation and bring it back when I return. That the motor is warrantied. I stay in communication and bring it in when they are ready for the vehicle. It sits until February of this year. I pick it up and all dash lights are on. The abs system is saying it isn't working. The motor runs as though something is wrong with it. Easily one of the better repair shops in the Victoria area. The staff is all ways friendly and will work with you. They also get the repairs done in a timely manner took them only 3 hours to repair my control arm on my car

I was at my breaking point over my mechanical issue. I had spent 2 days with different places doing what they could. After hours of reviews, I decided to call this shop. He told me to come right over. Very polite. Spent 45 minutes with me, my situation and questions. He got me on the road to get home to get my big repairs done. The fact he took me right in just to help me get home meant so much. If you're ever in the area or live in Victoria and in need of a mechanic, give this shop a call. Thank you again.......

Had an unfortunate car breakdown on Sunday morning April 3, 2022. I did a quick Google search for a well rated auto service center as I was not from the Victoria area. I contacted Travis who sent a tow truck to bring me to his shop. I thought a water pump had failed, however, after checking the vehicle, Travis tightened the radiator hose clamps, refilled it with water, test drove the car and said the loose hose was the problem and no other repair was needed. Give Travis a call, he’ll treat you right!
