Horrible customer service, was lied to twice and stuck with a switch fee that I was promised would be covered. Zero coverage at my home without wi-fi. I signed up for Jump-1.5 years later I’m ready to upgrade and told sorry you’re not signed up for jump. I was smooth talked to switch over. DO NOT SWITCH TO TMOBILE. it is criminal what you guys do to lure us away. Lies lies lies.
I can't believe how bad the service is. Representative Lexi just hung up the phone on me. I admit I was pissed. I have had service for 3 months with T-Mobile and every month it is absolute hell just refilling my service for the next month. The sad part...all of the phone services are pretty much the same. The "romance and dance" is awesome. The reality is something else all together.
