Have been with T-mobile over 5 years and I was happy! I have the WORST experience with this store. Went and purchased a phone and they told me I would pay only taxes and then pay every month with financial plan along with service plan. They charged me $30 “support charge” that NEVER TOLD ME!!!!! When I realized and went back the manager said I am sorry but there is nothing to do to reverse it and it is what it is! That sneaky way is very unprofessional. NEVER GO TO THAT STORE! Evan and Alex were both phenomenal and helped me get my somewhat complex issue resolved with minimal issues and beyond excellent customer service. I'm definitely coming back to this store from now on. Really happy with my experience at this corporate store. Keep up the good work guys! I would definitely recommend this store to everyone!
Place rips you off and over charges then they apologize and admit to scamming. I'd expect better from an established business.
Don't go here if you value your time - Lady here at 10:45am Wednesday needs to learn how to manage a store.
