If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went in over a month ago I went into Costco to see about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. We started the process, but at the end the monthly bill would be too high. The manager there gave us 3 days to think it over and gave us 2 Sim cards (never used). On the 2nd day my wife went in and told them she wanted to cancel, the associate said okay we will cancel you can just throw away the Sim cards. These employees and manager need more training and reasoning!
