Sincere at the Tyvola location was fantastic. I had swapped my Sprint SIM for the T-Mobile SIM, but it wouldn't connect to the network. Went to the Tyvola Rd store and Sincere had me up and running in no time. First positive experience with T-Mobile since the merger. Thanks, Sincere!
Keem helped me here twice in less than a week, and he was wonderful! The staff is so knowledgeable and kind and helpful. I won’t go to another location!
Terrible customer service
Very terrible service at this location. Waited over 20 minutes because the employee was too busy having a good time with some of his regular clients. Not about T-Mobile services, about what they were doing in after his shift. Walked straight out and decided to go to another location. The other employee was too busy in the back talking on the phone!
