Went with a Samsung S26 Ultra and an Ultra Watch with both purchases needed to be shipped to me. I was told I had like 2 weeks if I wasn't happy I can return the products. Happy with my S26 but the new Ultra watch 2 was coming out in about a month so I decided to return the watch unopened never been touched. It's been 3 days since purchase. Cameron helped us fix a very complicated problem with our SIM cards in a quick and efficient manner. He was very friendly and got my aunt's phone back in working order. I would highly recommend going to him for all our mobile needs again. Definitely will see him again if we have further issues
I had had a bad experience at a different Tmobile store and had to actually leave before being served because it was so unprofessional so I went to this store and was so impressed with the professionalism to the lay out of the store and particularly Lorena she was so helpful and professional, and even went the extra mile to help me with some trade-ins. I can’t say enough about her. This is the only store we’re gonna go to now and will always ask for her to help. Thank you Lorena !!
We spent close to four hours at this location switching two lines from AT&T, adding a third, and walking out with phones fully set up and ready to go — same day. Sherrill was our senior mobile expert and she was exceptional. Patient, thorough, and genuinely good at explaining the details of a complicated plan switch without making it feel rushed.
