I was out fairly quick, so that's a plus. About six times during my purchase, though, Danielle said along the line of "With the way you are with that phone, I'd purchase the protection plan." after I had said I wasn't going to go with it. I'm in sales too, but I'm never that desperate with a sale. If the customer is giving me their money, I'm not going to try to push them to get something they don't want. I went into this T-Mobile Experience Store in late December to explore my options for possibly switching carriers. I had not decided to switch, and I did not intend to activate service that day. The sales representative used a tablet to enter information while discussing plans with me, and I could not see everything she was entering or selecting.
