I stated that I wanted to purchase a phone. I don't make payments on phones. I will say that my sales person was excellent. Apparently, excellent at treating customers fraudulently. I had to return to handle a matter and was advised that I'm actually making payments on my phone. I'm stuck with what I found is a miserable company for sometime. Will NEVER do business with T mobile. You know the story...if my dog needs a cell phone, guess where we're not going?
T-Mobile does not honor their protection plan. Do not buy into their sales talk about buying the protection plan. It is all a lie. I promise you that you will regret ever going there
