Purchased the s26+ in June. I made sure I added device protection and was told my monthly payment for the phone and protection would be $47. Looking at the bill, device protection was not added. I called the store to ask about this and spoke with a very unpleasant employee that sounded annoyed by my call and also didn't know any of the details regarding the device protection.
