I went to a T-Mobile store to upgrade my phone. Because I did not enable location tracking through my T-Life account due to privacy concerns, potential battery drain and the fact that I was already physically standing in the building to talk to a human, I was effectively dismissed and ultimately left the store without completing my upgrade. Genuinely the EASIEST transfer to a new phone & phone service I've ever had.
I stopped in to pick up a new charger for my watch. I was given one for my phone. It won't work for the phone, necessitating another trip.
I worked with Jeff and he was able to add a new line and help me transfer all of my information from my IPhone 14 onto a S26 Ultra very quickly. He answered all of my questions professionally and was able to reassure me that I was good hands. It was truly an amazing experience and for any future services I will be coming to this location.
We have had several great experiences with different associates at this location. Specifically Jose, Melissa and Nayeli (I hope I am spelling that right). They all helped us several times and were always happy to do it. They were super busy today during iPhone launch day and still were helping us and remembered us from past visits! Great customer service!
