I had an excellent experience at this T-Mobile store. I visited twice within one week, and both visits exceeded my expectations. On my first visit, Kelly helped me add a new line and guided me through filing a phone replacement claim. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. My visit during the early evening of 7/3/2026 at the Sterling store in the Dulles Retail Plaza was a very pleasant one. I received professional attention and expert service first by Emron, and then by Erick who did all of the configuration work to get my brand new phone up and running on the network.
