T-Mobile has great “cellular” service but their customer service is terrible. Update: I returned to re-activate service. I was turned away because I asked too many questions and/or they didn't like the questions I was asking. The level of customer service has gone from bad to worst.
10/14/26-Having your phone break while on vacation isn't fun. When my family walked into T-Mobile we were kindly greeted by a young man that was pleasant but I didn't catch his name. But this one young man stood out amongst any other cell phone sales rep I've ever encountered. His name is Claudio.
