Our server was named Christian very nice young man. we needed to close my son's Dad service because he Had passed away on September 3 2025,he had t lines of people we didn't know ,he was very helpful this young man was so kind to our pain of losing someone thanks T-Mobile for your workers like this guy 🙏🙏🙏🩷💚🤍 the sympathy he showed was appreciated 👍👍👍
Id recommend this tmobile if you like to waste your time. Every time I come here they never want to help because “they’re not a corporate tmobile, they’re a third party one” or some BS like that. The one by the target on shields is more better anyways at least they want to help
The only reason I am giving this store a 5 star is because of Homer. He was able to not only resolve my issue but he was incredibly professional and kind throughout our entire encounter. Kudos to the manager as well. I hope you guys are getting paid what you deserve.
