Very helpfull
Only 1 retailer and 2 on lunch no supervisor on site I was trying to get a screen protector they just told me to go somewhere else cause app was down rude customer service not planning on going back
Terrible store.only has 1 person so the worst is forever. They got me onto. "free trial" for home Internet but when I tried to run it said my address didn't qualify. What a waste of time. And spent half an hour in the store waiting just to return the equipment due to the lack of staffing. Never coming back. Better off going to an actual T-Mobile store further away. Don't waste your time
Jose was great in seemlessly and efficiently upgrading my Pixel phone to a new Pixel 10a answering all questions and explaining the pros and cons clearly.
