Management really needs to do a better job when it comes to hiring and staffing. The sales staff I encountered seemed to lack any sense of urgency, attentiveness, or genuine care for their job or the customers they’re supposed to be helping. The company also needs to consider hiring enough people so customers aren’t left waiting or feeling ignored.
